Welcome to my new blog. I just qualified myself as a snow-cone expert when I invented the lavender cone. I don't have a lot of flavors, but I'll try to invent new stuff. Especially once summer rolls around. Anyway, I don't use a professional snow-cone machine, so families who want to make snow cones can make snow-cones with a much smaller machine. This is the snow-cone maker I use. It can make about 10 snow-cones until it starts heating up. You can also just put ice from your freezer in it and it works like a charm. Let's get started:
Orange Creme Cone:
Ingredients:
- Jelly Belly® tangerine syrup
- Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- Ice
Instructions:
Step 1 - Put the ice in the chamber and shave the ice.
Step 2 - When it's halfway full, lightly pour the coconut milk.
Step 3 - When it's full, pour some more coconut milk in.
Step 4 - Pour the tangerine syrup in.
Step 5 - Enjoy! (the most important step)

I can laugh and enjoy a snow-cone at the same time! Great recipe!
